Booking & Payment

How do I book a tour?
Simply select your preferred tour and click "Book Now" to fill out the reservation form. You can also contact us directly via WeChat (chinawonderstour), WhatsApp (+86 15347723823), or email ([email protected]).
When and how do I pay for the tour?
Payment is made on the day of the tour, at departure. We accept cash (RMB) and WeChat Pay. No deposit or advance payment is required for most tours.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking at least 1-3 days in advance, especially during peak season (April-October) and Chinese holidays. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes! After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking ID and tour details. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within 24 hours.

Tours & Itinerary

What languages do your guides speak?
Our tours are conducted in English by default. We also offer Spanish and Russian-speaking guides for select Beijing tours. Please check the specific tour page for available language options.
Are entrance tickets included?
Yes, entrance tickets to all attractions mentioned in the itinerary are included. The specific items are listed in the "What's Included" section of each tour page.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is included in most full-day tours. Please check the specific tour package you selected - options range from basic (ticket only) to full packages (ticket + lunch + guide).
Can children join the tour?
Absolutely! Children aged 0-6 can join for free. Children aged 7+ are counted as regular participants. Our tours are family-friendly.
What is the group size?
Our bus tours typically have 15-25 participants. Private tours are exclusively for your group only, offering a more personalized experience.

Cancellation & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour departure. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a processing fee. No-shows are non-refundable for pre-paid items.
Can I change my tour date?
Yes, date changes are free if requested at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Contact us via email or WeChat to modify your booking.
What happens if the tour is cancelled due to weather?
In the rare event of extreme weather making the tour unsafe, we will offer a full refund or free reschedule to another date.

Passport & Documents

Why do you need my passport information?
Chinese regulations require passport information to pre-book admission tickets for attractions like the Great Wall, Forbidden City, and other major sites. Your data is kept strictly confidential.
Do I need a visa to visit China?
Most foreign visitors need a visa. Check with your local Chinese embassy or consulate. Some nationalities qualify for visa-free transit (72/144 hours) in certain cities including Beijing and Shanghai.
